  The work I love most is helping people see common things in new ways.Through my part-time role at Banff Centre, I have the privilege of co-creating leadership development programs alongside their program experts, and with other faculty members who are way smarter than me. As a facilitator, I am able to call upon my experiences as a professional communicator, to support people in experiencing knowledge in ways they may not have considered before. My focus right now is the delivery of team and board building programs. It is challenging and thrilling work.
