  The WIEF Foundation is the organising body of the annual World Islamic Economic Forum. The Foundation also undertakes various capacity building programmes under their initiatives to support women entrepreneurs, young leaders, education and business collaborations. Joined WIEF Foundation to head the Finance & Operations department with key responsibilities in financial management and overall running of the business operations. Accounting & Finance • Oversee all accounting and financial functions on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing the Finance division. • Responsible for the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements. • Enhance, develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the Foundation to improve the overall operations and effectiveness of the Foundation. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and in compliance with the respective applicable laws and regulations. • Oversee and lead the annual budgeting and planning process, liaise with other Head of Departments to ensure timely budget submission and reasonable forecasting of the expenditure and resource allocation. • Lead the annual audit process and tax submission. Operations • Manage the day-to-day administration and operations of the Foundation. • As a key member of the senior management team, support the Managing Director on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationship. • Contribute to the development of business strategies, plans and procedures. Assist to monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. • Coordinate and administer as an integral part of management, an adequate structure for the delivery of effective and efficient administrative operations for IT, Administration and Travel Management. • Oversee coordination of all travel and logistics arrangements for the Foundation as well as the initiatives. • Oversee the IT Department and website management.
