  Over this time period I worked in Standards and Specifications working on products and specifications for underground transformers and cable. For 8+ years, I worked in the Network Section, designing and maintaining the network system for the downtown central business district in San Antonio. During this time I served as the team lead for an investigation into a serious accident involving flash burns. Oversaw support for the transmission grid SCADA system while in EMS Control Systems. Served as a project manager in EMS Control Systems to oversee establishing cyber and physical security policies and procedures to become compliant with NERC CIP standards. Show less
