Bio
Patrick Joyce
I first met Michelle at the Australian High Commission in London in 2005 during the first WA Police overseas recruitment drive. After subsequently joining WA Police and moving my family to Australia, it was clear to me that Michelle remained closely involved in with their 'New Arrivals'. One particular occasion, on the day of our Passing-Out from the WA Police Academy, sticks in my mind as it coincided with my Father's 70th Birthday and Michelle took time out to ask me to pass on her birthday wishes to him. At any time that I met with Michelle, despite the separation of our ranks, she was always completely approachable.
