  I have been with Raytron Enterprises, Inc. of Florida since 1994. My education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. I have managed several departments within the company including education and marketing. As Director of Marketing I was responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to teach franchisees how to advertise and build their business. I also spent several years as General Manager of the corporate salons having been responsible for staffing, operations, profitability and marketing. I remain involved in advertising for the corporate salons but in my role as Director of Operations also assist franchise owners in the areas of new owner training, new salon construction, financial and marketing analysis, grand opening strategies, computer training and stylist recruitment and retention.
