Worked along side the Principal to manage daily routines, procedures, and schedules for a full day Summer School program.As an instructional leader, I worked with staff to ensure they understood their curriculum standards and had the necessary materials. I implemented a Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) system to incentivize student participation and appropriate student behavior.I implemented a Social Emotional Learning program resulting in a 32% decrease in discipline incidents and office referrals.
