Michelle is very dedicated to her work and her students, and one of the best colleagues to work with that I have ever had. I warmly recommend her to any teaching-related position including course coordination and planning.

Lecturer in Systems Requirements and User Experience as well as ensuring good communication with IT staff along side Anisha Fernando as IT Discipline Leads. I also work with students to assist with Academic Integrity matters, helping with paraphrasing and referencing using the UniSA Harvard referencing technique. As I say to my IT students: referencing is just like coding - follow the syntax and rules all will be well. Show the respect to the original authors of content and this goes a long way to showing respect for yourself.

20 wonderful years teaching students face to face and online for UniSA Business and STEM. Over the years I have taught Managing Decision Making which incorporates the creation of an Excel spreadsheet as a decision support system Business Decision Making Simulation which uses Capsim to simulate competition between six groups of students running a business manufacturing, selling and marketing sensors - the most fun anyone can have whilst learning in an intensive 5 hour session twice a week for 3 weeks. Fun is shared by staff and students alike Systems Analysis and IT Project Management before the restructure of the courses for first year IT. Teaching in Systems Analysis includes the opportunity to coordinate the course for two semesters - a great opportunity to show management skills.
