As a Regional Manager I am responsible for the day to day operations and accountable for the financial and operational results of multiple branches. I am responsible for building and developing highly successful teams and have successfully built profitable branches in a very short time frame, largely through my commitment to always doing right by our clients and my team. • abr. de 2009 - jul. de 2013

As a Territory Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the operations of between 10-14 retail fuel stations throughout central Alberta. Recruitment, training and providing ongoing support and coaching were my main areas of responsibility. I was accountable for financial results as well as ensuring safety standards were upheld. One of my key challenges and ultimately successes was playing a key role in transitioning our corporately operated locations from Corporate operations to sites operated and maintained by independent retailers. I was part of the team that built the structure and the transition plan as well as being one of the key players in the field during the transition process.

I worked my way from Store Manager to Training District Manager within 3 years of being hired. Thanks to amazing leadership who believed in me, I was given the opportunity to learn about and succeed in Multi Unit Management. and in particular as a trainer. I was responsible for the day to day operations and financial results for between 10 -15 stores throughout Alberta. As the trainer, I also spent time in Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan developing and supporting new Training Store Managers and District Managers.
