She did that job extremely well. She did it with a smile, and she always found ways to build community. She was constantly explaining processes and procedures, and where appropriate she worked to change them. She lead the way to documenting them for the whole community (to list three examples, see RFC 6335, RFC 7120, and RFC 8126). She helped the Internet community create many protocol parameter registries, and keep them properly populated. She ensured that procedures are readily available to all.
