I worked in General Surgery Ward where i dealt with cases from Colorectal Surgery, General Surgery, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, Urology. I also had the chance to work hand in hand with Physiotherapist, Podiatrists, Speech Therapist and Occupational Therapist to improve the process of patient care. Not only that, working with Medical Social Worker was my greatest satisfaction. Ensure the psychological, emotional, economic and physical impact of illnesses aspects are taken care of. Seeing how patients discharged/stepped down with follow-up care. No greater joy than to see my patients gone home with support from all areas needed. Show less
