I train children and adults how to swim and overcome their fear of water. I have to make sure that all of my students, young or old feel confident and safe in the water at all times, so that they can achieve their best possible outcome. My duties involve preparing classes suitable for each age group and level while also managing and organising my own students for private lessons. My daily tasks included working with students who required extra assistance during classes; But also working as a class helper so that one student would not feel diverse from others.
