Assist with onboarding of new school districts including personnel training and transitioning current district substitutes. Track absence data and fulfillment rates to anticipate staffing needs. Maintain each school district's employee/substitute database in Frontline Education School Administration Software. Facilitate quarterly substitute professional development training in collaboration with education consultants. Build strong relationships to facilitate mentorship and support to substitutes when they have questions or concerns about classroom behavior or instruction. Provide appropriate coaching and improvement plans for substitutes not meeting expectations and track progress through completion for evaluation.
