Today, we provide almost 900 affordable rental properties for people and families on low to moderate household incomes. Our current development projects will deliver another 500 affordable rental housing properties.Our Affordable Housing Program ensures tenants never pay more than 30% of their gross household income.Through providing excellent amenity for our residents and promoting community-building activities such as our community gardens, we contribute to the diversity and sustainability of our city. CWH is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation managed by an independent Board of Directors. Our staff of over 30 are responsible for the daily operations.
