As PM (and not an engineer), I ended up accountable for tasks related to finance, financial management, contract management, cash flow analysis, pro forma analysis, and back-end support in addition to my duties related to the actual projects. I also managed the RFP process, coordinated our activity with the legal department, and stayed well within my $4M line of credit.
