Additionally, written reports were provided documenting the information gathered and analyzing the information to come up with an assessment of whether or not a child had been the victim of abuse or neglect, identification of the risk factors involved in the case and recommendations for follow-up. Care coordination was a key part of the position, involving coordination of a variety of medical and psychological services, as well as facilitation of communication with various providers and agencies involved with the families.
