      My role at Link-Up was wide and varied. Initially I was employed to do the day to day administration duties. Due to changes within the industry the organisation had to become accredited. Due to my skills I was asked to became the ISO9001 Co-Ordinator. I was responsible for organising Meetings and assisting Mangement with the implemenation of good quality Management Systems, utilising my exceptional orgaisanation, time management and administration skills. After 9mths on this project we had some major changes in Management. The Finance Area needed some assistance I was moved into this area as the Administration Assistant to the Finance Team.
