  I manage the Environmental Test Department. This includes (but is not limited to), project planning all upcoming tests, providing NRE estimates, authoring and/or checking various documentation, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and ready for use, conducting risk assessments etc. I have over 10 years' experience leading tests through to completion and regularly work to internationally recognised standards such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD 810, DEF STAN 00-35, and BS-EN 60068.   I have extensive experience working in a UKAS accredited test laboratory, running a wide range of vibration and shock tests using a variety of shaker systems and mechanical shock machines. I also conduct climatic testing in a variety of different chambers (temperature, humidity, altitude, and sand/dust). In addition I have experience of conducting IP tests (dust, water and salt corrosion). I regularly work to internationally recognised standards such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD 810 and DEF STAN 00-35, and BS-EN 60068.
