  I specialize in placing associates at a wide range of law firms, including AmLaw 200 and boutique firms, as well as in-house positions. I received my J.D. from New York University School of Law and during my legal career I worked in mergers and acquisitions as a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and was an associate in the capital markets group at Allen & Overy. I was also an Associate General Counsel at BNY Mellon where I focused primarily on general corporate matters and acquisition transactions. Prior to my move to recruiting, I earned an M.S. in counseling psychology, and continue to use my combined experience in law and career psychology to counsel legal and executive professionals on career transition.

  Provide coaching and consulting services to clients across a broad range of concerns. Scope of services include using an integrative combination of specific counseling, coaching, and behavioral techniques alongside mindfulness and zen practices to help clients identify clear life goals and objectives, establish reasonable and attainable paths to achieve those goals, and develop the tools and skills to maintain them. Our theoretical approach strives for results that balance the dual pursuits of optimal performance and wellness for both individuals and groups. All of our coaches and consultants are former practitioners in the industries from which our clients are drawn and have particular knowledge of the specific challenges inherent in those fields. As such we are uniquely positioned to offer guidance not only grounded in robust academic training, but steeped in vastly relevant experiences. Our services address multiple areas of personal, professional, and academic functioning, but we hold particular expertise in working with peak performing artists, entrepreneurs, transitioning high performing business professionals, academic admissions, post-marital relationships, blended families, and co-parenting.
