At Visiting Angels, I was responsible for ensuring that all administrative, marketing, and sales processes were followed to contribute to the agency's success. During my time at the agency, processes were created, guidelines were developed, training created, and marketing was widely enhanced. I was involved in the business start-up as we followed through to 1.5M in sales. As I exited, I felt proud to have served the community and take a business to such a level of success at such a young age and later, growing into more defined roles in my professional career.
