Provide and maintain high quality standard in service with respect to Check in, Boarding, Transit, Lounges, Arrivals, Special services ( VIP, Minors, Wheelchairs) and Airport Hotel. Inspect and verify Customer’s travel documents and process baggage including handling and fee calculation where applicable. Manage overbooking of flights and provide resolution to minimize inconvenience to Customers. Monitoring and training new joiners by actively supervising their performance and other standards as per company’s policy. Welcome and greet Customers at Emirates First and Business class lounges. Host Customers and advise them on lounge facilities. Also, report Customer feedback at the the end of day, pertaining to the lounge. Monitor lounge occupancy levels, food display, cleanliness and report issues using the Airline’s system. Adhere to internal operating flight Boarding procedures, liaise with other departments to highlight issues and ensure a smooth boarding operation. Making announcements when required. Monitor transit load for each arrival flight and identify short connections as well as disruptions in order to optimize Service Delivery. Staff allocation as per passenger load requirements at designated areas. Comply with U.A.E Legislation as well as Dubai Airport Authority an Emirates Airline Security requirements. Highlights - Part of an exclusive testing team, reporting application functioning during the test run until the successful launch of the ‘Journey Manager Application’ by Emirates. - Handled ground operations for QANTAS Airways (AUSTRALIA) and Fly Dubai (U.A.E). - Performance related Najm Awards.
