It’s rare that you come across standout sales talent like Michell. I had the pleasure of working with him for almost two years at PayFit Germany. At first as his buddy, then as his manager, and later as a colleague when he moved to the AE team. I was particularly impressed by Michell’s drive. After his first two weeks, he was hitting quota without previous sales experience. That skill often takes many months to develop among SDRs, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to him. Oh, and he is also well known for his memes and anti-jokes which always keeps a good team atmosphere. Therefore, Michell earns my highest recommendation!
