I have known Michelina for 12+ years and of those years, worked closely with her for 6+ while at Pivotal. Of all the HR professionals I’ve worked with in my career, Michelina stands out as one of the best. Michelina’s ability to build relationships with all levels: employees, managers, and executives is exceptional. Her ability to learn a company culture quickly, assess the HR needs of the business and then develop, implement or execute the required HR processes and programs is impressive. All this said, I think Michelina’s most notable skill is her judgement. Because Michelina has such a strong HR understanding and background, coupled with innate good judgment, she is able to navigate employee relations and business challenges extraordinarily well.
