Mikkel Hyldebrandt
Michele Pearce was my supervisor as VP of Development and Public Relations at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta where I was employed as Marketing & Communications Manager in 2014-2016. She managed foundation, corporate, and individual fundraising, and oversaw all agency events and marketing efforts. Michele’s professionalism, knowledge, and leadership skills make her an outstanding individual and extremely capable in all aspects of nonprofit development. I consider her my mentor when it comes to marketing skills and a role model when it comes to managing people. There is no doubt Michele is making Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta an even stronger nonprofit organization.
Dana Marie Lupton
During Michele's tenure as Director of Development for Moving in the Spirit, she helped us take our development function to next level. As the person responsible for all of our fundraising efforts, she helped us diversify our fundraising base, and strengthen our relationships with donors. She helped us put stronger processes and procedures in place and greatly increased our development income during the first year. She worked closely with our Board of Directors and helped them become more engaged in the fundraising process. She was a integral part of our team, always willing to pitch in an do what was required. Michele's time at Moving in the Spirit made a lasting and positive impact on our organization. We could not have become one of the top youth development non profits in the Nation had it not been for Michele's outstanding commitment and investment in our mission.
