I am not creative in artwork and had no idea how the explain what I wanted. It was like she read my mind and understood my heart!! Michele is a very skilled artist and extremely patient. We really did not need too many revisions as she knew exactly what she was doing. She even went as far to order the business cards for me and when the printing company made a mistake, she took it upon herself to rectify the situation. Her prices are competitive and she gave me my proofs in every format possible. Even after a year she made more things for me without any extra fees. She is so easy to work with. I am really happy with her work and customer service.
