-Develop, deliver, and maintain GEOINT Search and Retrieval (GSR) training materials.-Research and translate technical information into user guides, training materials, video tutorials, and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users.-Create Computer Based Training in the form of How-to Videos.-Conduct recurring webinars, providing overviews and live demonstrations of newly released software versions.-Work closely with User Community, Development, Data Engineering, and UX/UI teams to ensure user feedback and scenarios are communicated and represented in software requirements.-Conduct testing using DI2E Confluence and Jira software tools to develop/execute all required tests.
