  Operations Manager of The Suncrest Towne Centre. I manage 400,000 square feet of Commercial Office and Retail Space located in the heart of the West Virginia Universities Evansdale Campus in Morgantown, West Virginia. I interface daily with 100+ tenants, from Fashion Retail Managers, Small Business owners, Restaurant owners, Physicans and Attorneys. I work for the 705-FIVE Partnership Group to insure that tenants are successful and operations of this busy complex run smoothly. I coordinate Marketing, Advertising , Social Media pressence, Public Relations and Special Event efforts for the Centre, as well as manage a maintenance staff. .I interface with Premier Commercial Real Estate Services, our in-house real estate company. I am in charge of scheduling maintenance work, an on-site maintenance staff and enforce all rules and regulations pertaining to the property. I have day to day communications with the Builder of the Centre (Accelerated Construction Services) and assist whenever necessary.
