  This job is accountable to compiles daily vessel reports and coordinates concerns, requests, and solutions with the appropriate departments and vessel crews for the efficient flow of information necessary for effective ship operation. Ensure relevant documents and materials related to the vessels and shipyards are up to date and in compliance. Compiles daily fleet status for proper monitoring and advice. Act as liaison for clients regarding fleet status updates and inquiries. Ensure communication between management and vessels are effectively conveyed and implemented (e.g., advice, needs, returns/turnovers, etc.). Organizing and compiling documents from the vessels necessary for internal departments. Process funds related to ship operations and the crew (e.g., revolving funds, meal allowance return).
