  I have been studying Finnish language during 2015 in two different courses. The latter one, in which I am currently it is related to Customer Service in Finnish language. Both courses required me to find an internship place so I chose to work in the same company I have been working for several years in Italy. It has been an interesting experience since I knew already what I was supposed to do at work and there has been the added challenge of a new language. Another time I proved myself and my colleagues that I am a very reliable worker and I have achieved very good results in sales. The course will end at the end of March 2016 after which I believe I will be absolutely ready to be employed in any retail company.

  During this period of time my duties were related to manage the flux of daily informations between stores and the various offices of the Italian HQ of GameStop. I was also supporting the employees that worked into the retail stores by phone and by email.I have learned the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and in association with It Software Department and Marketing Department, I have created a visual guide in order to help the stores during the weekly change of Marketing Assets.I have also helped and managed the creation of files regarding daily sales data, and in cooperation with the It Software Department, i managed a tool called "Gameinformati" in which the stores could find informations related to the upcoming games and their related promotions.During the last period of time in which i worked in GameStop, i have worked in a team of people from the following offices: It Software, Customer Service, Used, Refurb, Finance, in order to create a tool to help the stores during the trade of used consoles and to check the status of their warranties.
