The attachment and OEM engineering team in Dobris is in charge of developing, launching and maintaining both OEM carriers (GME, BHL) and new attachments for all Bobcat carriers (loader, excavators, telehandlers and compact tractors) with focus on EMEA region. I am responsible for the success of Attachments Engineering Team, planning and keeping under control the budget and the resource assigments to the prioritized projects in the short and long term. My team and I are also supporting Product Management and Aftermarket on technical side. I am also acting as Project Manager for whole portfolio of Attachments New Product Development (NPD) projects, having the responsibility to plan projects, to coordinate multiple departments and to control the plan in order to successfully launch new products in time and in budget.
