I worked under Michele and a couple of other supervisors as an HR Specialist & Recruiter for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Regional Distribution Center in 2021 and 2022. Michele did an excellent job as office supervisor. She was very detailed and thorough in managing the office and administrative functions of the distribution center. She put together systems and processes that were supportive of the other warehouse management, office and HR staff.
