  This job includes analyzing and diagnosing the network environment. Collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions. Examples would be: Monitor and manage the IT Help Desk ticketing system as well as manage Tier I support agents. Perform administrative tasks, such as creating new users in Active Directory, Email and Telephone systems. Responsible for the inventory and ordering of client desktop equipment and supplies.
