  I plan, develop and conduct classes. I use various teaching techniques and activities to assist students with their educational advancement. In addition to conduct roll calls, I count and maintain attendance records. I develop performance objectives and criterion-referenced tests in accordance with established program content. I continually evaluate students and make determinations as to overall progress and I administer grades and evaluate tests. I also review, select and adapt instructional material to help students reach mastery of the competencies required for entry, advancement and upgrading occupations. While tutoring my courses, I have the responsibility to schedule the lessons timetable and to coordinate staff meetings, to analyse and monitor the class progress not only from a strictly “grades” point of view, but also and especially thinking about students’ personal growth. As tutor I also monitor students' motivation, discipline and learning difficulties to bring about positive changes in their behavior .
