I have worked under Michel at Damac Heights Project at Dubai Marina. Michel was always pushing his team for progress and productivity but not as a bully but as a Manager who knows clearly what he wants from the team. He wouldn't simply throw orders at people, but would sit with us, agree a strategy and then delegate the work. Michel is always very well organised and plans ahead to avoid hitting the wall. He is one of the few Managers with whom i would love to work again in future. I wish Michel all the best of what he is currently engaged with and for all his future endeavours.
