Michel is a rare mix of talents with a can-do approach. He is an excellent project manager with a technical skill base and understanding. He is a people's person and as such very confident in dealing with clients. In his dealing with clients he is totally reliable in explaining complex issues and managing expectations and deliverables. He does this in an organized and sympathetic manner. He always took the time to understand and explore any issues so that he both understood the technical aspects as well the impact on the project more fully. Moreover his overall knowledge makes him ideal to manage large scale projects. Michel and I worked closely together on several projects. I find him a great all-rounder, very knowledgeable and always ahead of the game. It's nice to have someone that you can discuss technical challenges with as well as project management issues. I find it very easy to work with Michel as he's easy to get on with and pleasant yet very sharp and on the ball with anything that needs to be taken care of. He showed natural leadership skills and worked well both in teams and with corporate management. I would recommend him for any senior management role.

I have worked in a project, managed by Michel. He is a Manager in the true sense of the word as he ensures that all people on board get the freedom and space to be most productive with their end results. He acts as a layer between the politics and the actual work, allowing only the things relevant for your work to reach you avoiding the rest. Hence making the complete experience of working with him very pleasant and positive.
