This was mainly responsible for the growth observed in 2014. Then, based on the analysis of behavior on our current platform, I have used my design skills to draw the frontend experience of the new website, as our developer was responsible for programming the entire application. At that time, our factory couldn't entail that scalability. Based on the fact that the ecosystem of the area was rich of independent suppliers, we've decided to outsource 90% of our operations, using technology to hold our operations. This kept us lean considering our fast growth rates. On the marketing perspective, we've established a unique social voice, with some storydoing basis, by calling our customers "Divas", and defining our mission and values focusing on "natural beauty". Our founder also used Youtube and Snapchat on a daily basis to be connected with our customers, and communicated a lifestyle that attracted plenty of engagement. Press release also gave fuel to our growth - we were pioneers on establishing partnerships with huge blogs of the segment.
