Partnered with Builders and suppliers to deliver $40M new warehouse and service workshop, amalgamating three business units which supported teams to work more efficiently.• Managed the $15M Fairfield Head office project including fit-out and relocation of staff from the North Ryde office.• Led the change management project integrating the Joy Global business into Komatsu. Partnered with Joy employees, understanding concerns through change management protocols and building a strong communication strategy including writing newsletters and facilitating communication sessions with the teams.
