Autopolis is a company, which is selling and servicing vehicles. Our company has 2 workshops in Bratislava. I am responsible for whole aftersales.When i started, at 2011, there was a team with 23 service employees and only two managers - warehouse manager and me. Now my team consist of more than 50 employees on both workshops. Most of them i chose precisely. At present i manage directly 10 employees. In these years, company was selling about 300-400 vehicles for a Year with 3-years warranty.I was responsible for handling of customers complaints. From receivement of customer complaint, through delivery of repaired vehicle, to ensure correct billing for a job to an importer.I was also doing Technical Support Service - it was my responsibility to have an Overview of manuals, which were written in english.
