I consider Michal a safe pair of hands who was always able to solve problems alongside our Chrometoaster team and clients in a way that would allow non-technical people (like myself) to understand what has been recommended, why other options weren't as likely to solve the problem at hand in the best/most efficient way, and the benefits/dis-benefits of approaches. Michal was always well-liked by clients and could be called on in any circumstance to draw out useful information with which to solve problems or otherwise lend a hand. Michal's work inside Chrometoaster as Technical Lead helped drive consistent approaches to how our development team worked and pairing with other leads created a solid repeatable approach to our work. That said, Michal was often stretched in his focus (due to the necessity of his involvement across our portfolio of work), so I anticipate him being given more license to test and resolve approaches more, and work more closely with the rest of the team to ensure processes and relationships are more robust would make his work even stronger. You'd be lucky to work with Michal.

Michal provides valuable support and consultancy related to web technologies to LINET's marketing department and it is pleasure to cooperate with him on our projects. He can cover and manage all technical matters in projects like corporate webpages, microsites or e-learning activities, also in relation to suppliers, where he can effectively transform business and marketing requirements into the technical speech.

Michael is very good as system analyst same as web developer. As a system analyst he thinks about all possible approaches and always uses the best one based on project needs. He also always thinks about project as a complex not about single tasks separately. As a web developer he is always working with new technologies and practices and he likes to apply it to real life products. He is also suitable for working in team and his consultations are beneficial to other colleagues. On my project he has also proved that he’s able to coordinate external software suppliers and to be capable counterpart for them. I’m sure that Michael can bring a lot of benefits and that his result will be above average.
