A certified Bookkeeper (type/level 2), 7+ years experience as a bookkeeper in high-tech companies (Start Up's) who works in a team but can also be a single POC. Fluent English (spoken and written). Strong knowledge with Priority ERP, NetSuite Cloud ERP system and Microsoft tools. A team player with a can-do attitude !!! Responsible for all AP/AR processes in the finance department and assisting other departments. A part of the global finance team, and reports to the Finance Director – Corporate Controller. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee, maintain, and track records and all financial transactions. • Oversee procurement processes from PO/IPR stage (including approval processes) through invoice to payment, and handle both internal and external requestors. • Perform all activities related to the account payable function including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors. • Record fixed assets, depreciation entries and reports. • Responsibility on several bank accounts (local and foreign) including daily cash flow reports, Bi-monthly reconciliation, and monthly controls. • Perform reconciliations for Credit cards, AP, AR, and I/C reconciliation. • Assist with reports and W/P or the company's external auditors. • End of month: Prepaid WP, Employee’s reimbursement reconciliation WP, prepare the trial balance and other material for the monthly closing of the company books. • Assist with travel reports and employee reimbursements management. • Managing customer AR aging reports and responsible for collection. • Participate in special projects and prepare financial and administrative reports as needed.
