As Project Leader, I was responsible for running weekly sessions and planning the sessions in detail while maintaining a strategic long-term view. This required a high level of communication as I had to present to the young people and manage the volunteers, commanding attention. I managed a fluctuating number of volunteers and had to be highly adaptable and organised to respond to the changing situations. I used IT programs such as Salesforce, Excel and Sharepoint to manage the administration of the project and wrote progress reports at the end of every module and at the end of the academic year.
