In my previous role of DC Coordinator for DHL Solutions Czech Republic (in Prag) I had few main responsibilities as: coordinating the communication between the Customer and Central Planning team, I was a First Point contact for the customer (Mattel, USA) at DC (Distribution Centre) so called Single Mattel Customer Service POC and Carrier Managment Related issues provider. Between the years 2016 - 2017 I worked in the role of Shift Leader for 105people in three shifts system (morning, afternoon, night) for DHL Solutions Czech Republic (in Cheb, 11k sq meters of warehouse, client SKY TV Germany and Austria - 4,5millions of B2B and B2C end-users).This opprtunity gaves me a lots of experiences especially in leadership and supervising of various types of labour positions and kind of workers, training new staff for their future positions, setting and improoving new processes, setting new layouts, cycle counts, maintaining of store and working in RedPrairie (WMS, similar to SAP), assuring the H&S standards, trouble shooting and multi-tasking, etc. As a member of middle management I closely cooperate with Inbound and Outbound/Packing team, QC team, Process Specialist, Warehouse Manager and Plant Manager and IT and Admin crew members.
