Mike is one of the most interesting people I have ever met. Everyone that knows Mike can agree with me when I say that he definitely makes coming to work more enjoyable. He’s smart, witty and knows how to have fun while getting the job done so well. But above all that he is a great mentor who has taught me so much of what I know now about advertising. I can truly say that any employer would be so lucky to have Mike working for them. He is great at what he does from building strong client relationships to coming up with effective solutions and constantly coming up with creative ideas. I have no doubts that he will succeed in any position he holds.

Mikey V. is quite possibly one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. He does everything with wry charm that makes working with him so much fun. But I’m also very impressed at his ability as an account executive. As a creative, you turn to Mikey V. to get you the answers you need, and he does it without any complaints. He works incredibly well with the creative staff to help ensure the end product is the best it can be. And often times I think he should be on the creative staff himself with his wit. Alas, he continues down the account path, where he absolutely excels in every way possible. You can always count on a good sound bite, or a witty party invitation from Mikey V. But you can also always count on him when you really need him, which makes him an incredible asset to any organization.

At the conclusion of Cadillac and Campbell Ewald's relationship, I was fortunate to have a former colleague, who worked her way up to an Account Director, reach out with an opportunity to join her team at GTB. We worked on the diversified team, which handled all the non-Ford business, and it was here where I learned to draft SOW documents and pitch additional business to clients. This position also allowed me to experience working on brand campaigns for non-automotive clients like Johnson Controls and Purina. Resume Accomplishments:- Created SOW for the complete rebranding of YORK HVAC systems- Developed 9 int’l brand ads for Metasys building automation software- Generated +$312K in additional project based work for Team Detroit- Onboarded new business clients to Team Detroit’s process and producers

Through previous relationships with GM clients, the Cadillac CRM Account Manager requested that Campbell Ewald gauge my interest in joining their growing team after winning the Cadillac business in August. At this stage of my career, I understood how to complete projects on time and within budget so this position allowed me the opportunity to spend time mentoring a junior account member on our CRM team. Resume Accomplishments:- Devised responsive and data-driven email program for non-launch vehicles- Expanded eNews segmentation from an AVG of 3 to 10 data audiences- Increased email engagement rate by 7% year over year - Produced Escalade video content 2 weeks after initial client request- Led agency partner in the complete redesign of Cadillac in-market banners- Mentored/trained junior account members
