Led and conducted assessments of all Australia's universities and private colleges (and their courses) against the Threshold Standards as well as monitoring continuing compliance with them, in order to protect students and enhance the quality of higher education in Australia. Transitioned into TEQSA from the Australian Universities Quality Agency (AUQA). Played a leading role over the years in the development of TEQSA's differentiated and risk-based assessment (audit) model. I provided extensive input into the development of new standards for the different categories of registration.
