Michael truly is a delight to work with. His tremendous instinctive grasp on how to resolve a technical problem with innovative and practical approach is nothing short of incredible. When we started working together, Michael reported to me, he stepped up to build the new R&D Lab in India and then moved up the ladder to take over the entire APM portfolio as the Chief System Architect. His approach, which I saw him repeat multiple times successfully after he joined the team, is to structure a problem carefully, systematically identify all the key pain points and then work with the key stakeholders to resolve and thus deliver the results. Michael brings to the table a deep and nuanced understanding of the cultural context across the various geographies he worked in.
