Michael is one of the most patient and understanding developers I have ever encountered. His willingness to meet with and understand our customers issues is invaluable. Any time a customer reported any type of issue Michael was always the first to be willing to work with them to try to figure out the issue. In addition to Michael's spectacular relational skills Michael is the best SQL developer I have ever met. Frequently customers will request custom reports that are incredibly involved and Michael always jumps at the opportunity to put this in place for them. Michael is also a wonderful team player. His humor and demeanor is always a joy to encounter and I am always excited at the opportunity to get to work on something with him. In times of high stress I can always count on Michael to keep a cool head and keep morale up.

Michael is able to listen to the technical needs of others and translate that need into a usable tool. I regularly rely on at least two Excel spreadsheets that Michael created in response to my needs. What he created for me is useful, adaptable, and accurate, greatly streamlining my daily tasks.
