It consisted of fulfilling a need after the deregulation of the municipal housing agency in Gothenburg and when the financial crisis struck, the housing market went from extreme housing shortage to large vacancies, and there I saw a business opportunity to fill the need for a rental agent in the market. We mediated about 500 apartments already in the first year. We cooperated with both the municipal companies (Poseidon / Bostadsbolaget / egnahemsbolaget) and a number of private landlords, which led to the start of our own housing agency shops. When I received my real estate agent registration at the end of 1992, I also began to sell villas and condominiums. Despite a deep recession and my "rookie status", my results were very good. I also developed collaboration with Stadshypotek (at the time Swedens no 1 in housing mortgages) in Gothenburg, meaning that I sold the houses that they bought back from executive auctions. There were both succession and commercial real estate. My mission was to reduce their loss/damage. My results as a real estate agent were so good that I was offered the job in 1995 as head of the condominium department at the market leader Bjurfors but instead I decided to start my own company, see above.
