Mike Watson is a Partner and the Director of Real Estate for San Miguel Management. He oversees all facets of management, marketing and fiscal responsibility for more than $350 million worth of real estate throughout the U.S. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas, is a Texas Real Estate Salesperson and currently holds the Certified Apartment Manager® (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor® (CAPS) designations. He proudly serves on the Austin Apartment Association's Board of Directors and is also a VP at Large. He teaches NAA Certification courses regularly and was a featured speaker at the TAA Education Conference.
