Our company made the decision to enter the federal contracting market in early 2021. As we began to do our research, I came across the Game Changers podcast and started listening to it. We started responding to Sources Sought notices and RFIs around June of 2021, at which point we signed up for RSM Federal's Federal Access Program online. Of all of the resources out there for small businesses entering the federal market, I found this podcast and the Federal Access content to be some of the best. There are only three podcasts that I consistently listen to, and two of them feature Mike (Game Changers and GovCon Coffee & Issues). While we have more than 20 years of commercial experience, entering the federal market was like starting an entirely new business. I relied heavily on the podcasts, online content and several conversations with Mike to help shape our approach and strategy with regards to federal contracting. We were just awarded our first contract. We are the PRIME contractor and it was a $12.3M IDIQ award! We were confident in our approach to PRIME because the scope is 100% within our core competency and something we have 20+ years of commercial experience doing. I absolutely attribute this first award to Mike and the team at RSM Federal. I couldn't have done it without their expertise, content and support. THANK YOU!

It's always a blast talking Gov Con with Mike. Professional, proficient, and knows his stuff! Would highly recommend following, listening to the treasure trove of podcasts, and participating in 'Game Changers'!
