The huge growth in Business & Executive Coaching in the USA and UK caught Michael’s attention. He found a niche in the market and started Insight Out Coaching in 2002. Michael has achieved international certification as a coach. He has personally coached over 5000 hours one-on-one with business owners, leaders and managers, making him one of the most knowledgeable and experienced coaches in this country. Michael has developed and run programs for organisations as diverse as Channel 9, Kea, Mobil-Quix, ANZ, Coles Myer, First National franchisees, Wizard licensees, Hawthorn Football Club, DMC Group, Whirlwind Print (BRW fastest 100), Message-media (Deloittes Fastest 50) and many others.
