Mike Helsabeck is one of the best managers that I have worked with. He kept all members of our team updated with information as he received it, ran meetings effectively, kept us moving in the same direction, and was adept at using various online communication channels to eliminate the need for many face to face meetings. He also was very good at providing guidance when needed or asked for. All of us on the task enjoyed being on his team and when the task ended he helped several of us find new projects and manage our transitions. His extensive military background was crucial to the success of several of our task efforts, as was his leadership skills. I definitely recommend him as a must hire for anyone looking for a good hard-working manager that knows how to effectively manage and motivate a team to achieve success.
